Coach Andre is the Junior Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach at Sherwood High School.
2015 will be his 3rd year with All Pro Athletes.
Coach Andre is entering his 4th year as JV Head Coach of the Warriors
Coach Andre attended Rockville HS, Rockville, MD and was an all-county catcher before graduating in 1987. Upon graduation, Coach Andre continued his playing career at Catholic University, Washington, D.C. Playing under long time coach Ross Natoli, Coach Andre had a successful college career earning All-Capital Athletic Conference honors as a catcher before graduating in 1992.
During his college career, Andre played summer league baseball for Mercury Van Lines of the Industrial League. He earned a spot on an all-star team which represented the USA in the World Club Championships in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba where he earned All-Tournament honors as a catcher. While a member of Mercury Van Lines, he also played on an Industrial League all-star team which played an exhibition game against the Korean National baseball team in 1991.
After his playing career, Coach Andre stayed on Natoli’s staff at CU as an assistant for 3 seasons while working primarily with the catchers, first base coach and assisting with recruiting.
Coach Andre has been coaching in Montgomery County, MD since 1991.
